PURE JOY

That's what I felt when holding Ben.  His favorite place was on my chest and I loved the way his little head fit perfectly under my chin.  I could sit for hours like this.  How I miss holding my sleeping boy.  He was pure joy...still is.
‎"Parents everywhere realize that the most powerful combination of emotions in the world is not called out by any grand cosmic event, nor is it found in novels or history books, but merely by a parent gazing down upon a sleeping child."

You brought him pure joy as well. Still do.

Isn't that the best thing - just snuggling with them. I'm sorry you can't do it anymore with Ben.

Love that quote! SO TRUE!

My heart breaks thinking that you are unable to have the pure joy of holding your sweet Ben any longer! You must miss this SO MUCH!

Praying that God shows you pure joy in many other things in this life. And, that He gives you pure peace, knowing that Ben is enjoying pure joy every minute of every day!

Love, Hugs and Prayers!!!

There is something so absolutely heartwarming about a sleeping kiddo with their head tucked right under your chin.

I wish you lived near us so you could snuggle with Emily once in a while. ((hugs))

You both radiate pure joy...because that's what you are to one another-joy.

I love how you included Ben in your every day activities. You never used him as an excuse to isolate yourselves. I always chuckle when I see his pictures - he reminds me of a big, floppy doll! So sweet.
